EnerSys to hosting a United Way Fundraiser for some DIY fun during your lunch break on Wednesday, September 23, 2026. Cut off for ordering a project is Saturday, September 19, 2026. 

All projects will be packed up as kits. You will have the opportunity to make your project during the lunch break or you can take it home with you to make later. Projects will come with all the pieces shown as is. There is no customization for these projects. 

You will be able to customize your projects how you would like it, by selecting your paint colors. If no colors are indicated when ordering you will receive the colors shown in the samples. When selecting your colors please select 1 main color and up to 5 accent colors per project. 

Projects are 11" to 12" in height and 9" to 11" wide.

HOW TO REGISTER

  1. Choose your project from the Design Choices dropdown menu.
  2. Put n/a is both the personalization box and seating box. 
  3. Check the boxes to confirm your project choice and agree to terms.
  4. In the next two boxes - use the paint board photo as reference and select 1 main color and up to 5 accent colors for your project. 
  5. Add the project to your cart and continue through the checkout process.

How to Register

  1. Choose your project and design options from the drop down menu.
  2. If applicable include any relevant personal information needed to complete your stencil such as name or date.
  3. Confirm and Agree to our policies and terms.
  4. Add to Cart and checkout.

Cancellation Policy

Once your order has been submitted we are immediately beginning the process of production. We do not issue refunds for cancellations for this reason. If you need to cancel a reservation please email us at hammerandstainpottstown@gmail.com as soon as possible. For any cancellation we will be more than happy to hold your project in house and you can reschedule to come in at another time that works for you to complete your project. If you would like depending on the project we can also offer you a Take-Home Kit for your project. We will provide you with the necessary supplies and directions to complete the project at home. Guest Policy

Unless otherwise specified in the workshop description, unregistered
guests are not permitted to attend any workshop, whether it is a public
workshop or private party. Bringing an unregistered guest will result in the guest being asked to leave as this interferes with the attention and experience of our registered makers. Makers can inquire about purchasing a guest seat but the request will be subject to approval.

Wood

This is a natural wood workshop, so your sign will have random cracks,
chips, knots and other natural blemishes that give it character! Some peeling may occur. We will do our very best to minimize disturbances to the words and make everything look intentional, but due to the nature of the workshop we can make no guarantees. Please keep in mind, no sign is absolutely perfect, as it is hand crafted, but it will certainly be wall worthy!
