REFUND POLICY

Once your order has been submitted we are immediately beginning the process of production. This starts with the ordering of materials as we build and cut everything ourselves. For this reason we do not issue refunds for cancellations. We know and understand that life happens and plans can change so if you are unable to attend a workshop please email us as soon as possible. 

We will be more than happy to hold your project in the studio and reschedule you to come in at another time. We are also more than happy to package your project up as a Hammer @ Home Kit so you can complete your project at home.

GUEST POLICY

Unless otherwise specified in the workshop description, each person attending a workshop must be registered to make their own project. We can not allow extra unregistered guest to attend a workshop whether it is a public workshop or private party as it is a liability for us to have unregistered guest in the studio in case of an accident. Bringing an unregistered guest will result in the guest being asked to leave. GUEST POLICY

Please remember that with many of our workshops you are working with natural wood. While we do our best to select the best wood possible there is the potential to random cracks, chips, knots and other natural blemishes on the boards. Due to the unknown nature of wood boards some peeling of loose fibers in the board may occur. We can not control these things happening but will do our very best to minimize those disturbance to the words and help retouch anything as best as can. While there are no guarantees on how a project will come out, we remind you that no sign is absolutely perfect, as it is hand crafted but it will certainly be wall worthy!
