Come join us on Saturday, August 23, 2025 at 11am at Hammer & Stain Pottstown for a fun collaboration workshop with Mo Sweets Please. This will be a two part workshop.  Registration is good for one person and everyone attending must be pre-registered for their own seat. This is a family friendly workshop.

Mo Sweets Please is a local home based sugar cookie decorating business who we are so excited to bring into the studio. You will be guided through decorating your set of 4 themed cookies. 

After decorating your cookies, you will be guided through creating your project piece. Photos are just samples to show the design and do not have to be painted the same way. 

Each sign is approximately 8.5" wide. Once all painted glue will be provided to assemble your piece which will also come with a small easel to display your piece at home.  

Please plan for this workshop to take the full 3 hrs due to the double parts.

*Simple substitutions of words within the shown design and layout can generally be made at no additional charge. However, significant changes to our standard designs or special requests for a new design are considered custom and must be pre-approved and submitted at least 7 days prior to your event. If approved, a customization fee of $25 will apply.

How to Register

  1. Choose your project and design options from the drop down menu.
  2. If applicable include any relevant personal information needed to complete your stencil such as name or date.
  3. Confirm and Agree to our policies and terms.
  4. Add to Cart and checkout.

Cancellation Policy

Once your order has been submitted we are immediately beginning the process of production. We do not issue refunds for cancellations for this reason. If you need to cancel a reservation please email us at hammerandstainpottstown@gmail.com as soon as possible. For any cancellation we will be more than happy to hold your project and stencil in house and you can reschedule to come in at another time that works for you to complete your project. If you would like we can also offer you a Take-Home Kit for your project. We will provide you with the necessary supplies and directions to complete the project at home. Guest Policy

Unless otherwise specified in the workshop description, unregistered
guests are not permitted to attend any workshop, whether it is a public
workshop or private party. Bringing an unregistered guest will result in the guest being asked to leave as this interferes with the attention and experience of our registered makers. Makers can inquire about purchasing a guest seat but the request will be subject to approval.

Wood

This is a natural wood workshop, so your sign will have random cracks,
chips, knots and other natural blemishes that give it character! Some peeling may occur. We will do our very best to minimize disturbances to the words and make everything look intentional, but due to the nature of the workshop we can make no guarantees. Please keep in mind, no sign is absolutely perfect, as it is hand crafted, but it will certainly be wall worthy!
