Join us on Tuesday, June 23, 2026 at 6pm for a special workshop as we welcome 6abc Philadelphia into for a special workshop to be used on a segment called "One Tank Trips" at Hammer and Stain Pottstown.   

Each of you have been in contact with us for the workshop and have selected your top 2 choices for projects. You should have received an email with the project you have been selected to do during the workshop. We want to make sure each project type is shown during the workshop.  As a thank you for your supposed over the years and being apart of this workshop all projects will be 30% off.

HOW TO REGISTER

1. Choose your project from the Design Choices dropdown menu

2. On the personalization form, enter the personalized data needed in order to prepare your stencil, or put n/a

3. Proceed with checkout.


*Simple substitutions of words within the shown design and layout can generally be made at no additional charge. However, significant changes to our standard designs or special requests for a new design are considered custom and must be pre-approved and submitted at least 7 days prior to your event. If approved, a customization fee of $25 will apply.

How to Register

  1. Choose your project and design options from the drop down menu.
  2. If applicable include any relevant personal information needed to complete your stencil such as name or date.
  3. Confirm and Agree to our policies and terms.
  4. Add to Cart and checkout.

Cancellation Policy

Once your order has been submitted we are immediately beginning the process of production. We do not issue refunds for cancellations for this reason. If you need to cancel a reservation please email us at hammerandstainpottstown@gmail.com as soon as possible. For any cancellation we will be more than happy to hold your project in house and you can reschedule to come in at another time that works for you to complete your project. If you would like depending on the project we can also offer you a Take-Home Kit for your project. We will provide you with the necessary supplies and directions to complete the project at home. Guest Policy

Unless otherwise specified in the workshop description, unregistered
guests are not permitted to attend any workshop, whether it is a public
workshop or private party. Bringing an unregistered guest will result in the guest being asked to leave as this interferes with the attention and experience of our registered makers. Makers can inquire about purchasing a guest seat but the request will be subject to approval.


By completing registration you are agreeing to these terms.

Wood

This is a natural wood workshop, so your sign will have random cracks,
chips, knots and other natural blemishes that give it character! Some peeling may occur. We will do our very best to minimize disturbances to the words and make everything look intentional, but due to the nature of the workshop we can make no guarantees. Please keep in mind, no sign is absolutely perfect, as it is hand crafted, but it will certainly be wall worthy!
