EnerSys to hosting a United Way Fundraiser for some DIY fun after the work day on Thursday, October 2, 2025 at 5pm at their office. Each guest will get to make a fun project of your choice which you will personally customize with your choice of stains and paints. (photos are examples only) This registration is good for one adult reservation. Each person attending must be registered for their own project.

Rounds are 10.5" in size and have 3D pieces that you will paint and then glue on to the board. Single planks are 6" x 32" in size and include a stencil for the design.

If you are unable to attend the event but would like to still order a project to do as a Hammer @ Home kit, please make sure to fill out your stain/paint color choices. If no choices are made colors will be as is in the sample. The stain options are marked with letters and are the background of each board. The paint options are the same on each board and marked with numbers.

HOW TO REGISTER

1. Choose your project from the Design Choices dropdown menu

2. On the personalization form, enter the personalized data needed in order to prepare your stencil, or put n/a

3. Proceed with checkout.

*Simple substitutions of words within the shown design and layout can generally be made at no additional charge. However, significant changes to our standard designs or special requests for a new design are considered custom and must be pre-approved and submitted at least 7 days prior to your event. If approved, a customization fee of $25 will apply.

Cancellation Policy

Once your order has been submitted we are immediately beginning the process of production. We do not issue refunds for cancellations for this reason. If you need to cancel a reservation please email us at hammerandstainpottstown@gmail.com as soon as possible. For any cancellation we will be more than happy to hold your project and stencil in house and you can reschedule to come in at another time that works for you to complete your project. If you would like we can also offer you a Take-Home Kit for your project. We will provide you with the necessary supplies and directions to complete the project at home. Guest Policy

Unless otherwise specified in the workshop description, unregistered
guests are not permitted to attend any workshop, whether it is a public
workshop or private party. Bringing an unregistered guest will result in the guest being asked to leave as this interferes with the attention and experience of our registered makers. Makers can inquire about purchasing a guest seat but the request will be subject to approval.

Wood

This is a natural wood workshop, so your sign will have random cracks,
chips, knots and other natural blemishes that give it character! Some peeling may occur. We will do our very best to minimize disturbances to the words and make everything look intentional, but due to the nature of the workshop we can make no guarantees. Please keep in mind, no sign is absolutely perfect, as it is hand crafted, but it will certainly be wall worthy!
