The Balanced Bureau is coming to Hammer & Stain Pottstown on Saturday, January 17, 2026 at 2pm for a New Years Workshop.

Join Lindsay McKean-Lynch, a life coach & EFT Tapping Practitioner, for this intentional New Year reset. Lindsay supports individuals in reconnecting with themselves, releasing emotional and mental weight, and creating sustainable shifts — without pressure or perfection. Her approach blends reflection, practical intention-setting, and compassion, creating a space where guests feel supported, seen, and grounded as they step into the year ahead.

At this New Years workshop at Hammer & Stain, you’ll reflect on the year behind you, set meaningful intentions for the year ahead, and choose a Word of the Year to guide you forward — then create it into a custom sign to take home.

A relaxed, supportive space to reset and begin again.

You will be able to customize your framed 6"x18" piece with your choice of stain and paint color. Registration is good for one person and we ask that each person attending it registered to make their own project.

HOW TO REGISTER:

1. In the personalization box type in the word you would like for your project as well as if you want the cursive font or print font. We have a sample list of words or you can pick one not listed. If you are not sure of your word of the year you can wait and pick in the studio during the workshop.

2. List who you would like to seat with if coming with a group or N/A if it doesn't matter

3. Agree to terms.

4. Add item to your cart and continue through the check out process.

Cancellation Policy

Once your order has been submitted we are immediately beginning the process of production. We do not issue refunds for cancellations for this reason. If you need to cancel a reservation please email us at hammerandstainpottstown@gmail.com as soon as possible. For any cancellation we will be more than happy to hold your project and stencil in house and you can reschedule to come in at another time that works for you to complete your project. If you would like we can also offer you a Take-Home Kit for your project. We will provide you with the necessary supplies and directions to complete the project at home. Guest Policy

Unless otherwise specified in the workshop description, unregistered
guests are not permitted to attend any workshop, whether it is a public
workshop or private party. Bringing an unregistered guest will result in the guest being asked to leave as this interferes with the attention and experience of our registered makers. Makers can inquire about purchasing a guest seat but the request will be subject to approval.

Wood

This is a natural wood workshop, so your sign will have random cracks,
chips, knots and other natural blemishes that give it character! Some peeling may occur. We will do our very best to minimize disturbances to the words and make everything look intentional, but due to the nature of the workshop we can make no guarantees. Please keep in mind, no sign is absolutely perfect, as it is hand crafted, but it will certainly be wall worthy!
