The Laurelwood Swim Club is partnering with Hammer & Stain Pottstown to host a morning for the ladies on Sunday, July 13, 2025 at 9am before the pool opens. This event is for members only. You will have the chance to make a fun burlap tote bag and a beautiful floral bouquet. You will get to customize your bag with the choice of paint colors.

We will be providing fresh florals from Pasture Song Farm in Pottstown. Exact flowers will be picked by Pasture Song Farm based on what is in season. There will be a mixture of focal flowers, filler flowers and foliage.

Burlap bags are

14.5"W x 10.25"H x 6.5"D

Registration is good for 1 person. Each person attending the workshop must be registered for their own project. This event is being held at the pool.

*Simple substitutions of words within the shown design and layout can generally be made at no additional charge. However, significant changes to our standard designs or special requests for a new design are considered custom and must be pre-approved and submitted at least 7 days prior to your event. If approved, a customization fee of $25 will apply.

Cancellation Policy

Once your order has been submitted we are immediately beginning the process of production. We do not issue refunds for cancellations for this reason. If you need to cancel a reservation please email us at hammerandstainpottstown@gmail.com as soon as possible. For any cancellation we will be more than happy to hold your project and stencil in house and you can reschedule to come in at another time that works for you to complete your project. If you would like we can also offer you a Take-Home Kit for your project. We will provide you with the necessary supplies and directions to complete the project at home. Guest Policy

Unless otherwise specified in the workshop description, unregistered
guests are not permitted to attend any workshop, whether it is a public
workshop or private party. Bringing an unregistered guest will result in the guest being asked to leave as this interferes with the attention and experience of our registered makers. Makers can inquire about purchasing a guest seat but the request will be subject to approval.

Wood

This is a natural wood workshop, so your sign will have random cracks,
chips, knots and other natural blemishes that give it character! Some peeling may occur. We will do our very best to minimize disturbances to the words and make everything look intentional, but due to the nature of the workshop we can make no guarantees. Please keep in mind, no sign is absolutely perfect, as it is hand crafted, but it will certainly be wall worthy!
